The bonus tracks:
I found tracks 10-12 while going through a bunch of old home recording tapes. Active Culture was the theme music for Missy’s short-lived (but excellent) community arts TV show of the same name on WLEX-18. All three tracks date back to around 1989-91 and, except for some eq and mastering love, are pretty much as they were recorded on analog tape in my basement (10 & 12) and living room (11). No edits, and only minor tweaks. A happy discovery, and fun to hear after all these years.

As for track 13, the alternate version of It’s Saturday Night, someone commented the other version didn’t sound “rocky” enough. Well, problem solved.
