ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Joe is an Austin-based musician/songwriter who still loves the process of creating songs and acknowledges the necessity of re-writing. Active in the Austin music community, he loves the communal thrill of being a musical sideman. While he's painfully reserved about being out in front with the microphone, it's always a surprise when the "other" Joe emerges and bangs out songs on an unsuspecting piano.

This group of songs come from a mind that doesn't understand the concept of diplomatically keeping observations to oneself. Regardless, they are unusually optimistic, vivid, silly, and enamor the spectrum of possibilities.

Yes - it's odd, faux-jazz-meets-folk-pop-oompah, and the hooks will relentlessly swing in your mind. Enjoy the ride!
