El Payaso
Hats off to Joey Sellers for a stellar effort! I loved this CD - very fresh and original...You can never get bored listening to this! I especially liked the first two songs - the gritty sound of the tenor coupled with bass clarinet...loved the impeccably bold trombone solo in pensive "Carly B" and "Odd Children" what can I say but "wow" (it's as if Ornette Coleman meets Kurt Vonnegut to score a special episode of Twilight Zone). I highly recommend this to musicians, jazz aficionados and everyone who's tired of run-of-the-mill stuff. Want something interesting, exciting and poignant? This is for you.

Great CD
I actually met Joey Sellers when he visited Truman State for the Phi Mu Alpha Jazz Fest. Great musician, great composer, great trombonist, and just an excellent person overall. If you like Jazz then you will love this!

CD Baby is spectacular for carrying his albums.
