ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
All the songs are based on true stories or incidents like Mama's Troubadour was triggered when a man I visited showed me his Gibson Banjo that belonged to his late father, although he could not play it, it had to many fond memories for him to part with it.
Lady Bird: inspired me whilst driving along in the car going to a gig a lady bird came in through the window. Lock me in your heart is dedicated to wives and husbands that stand by each other come what may - during good times and bad.
The titles of the songs on this album are self explanatory, many of them never became big hits, but have a great meaning and tell a story. This being a mark of an artist and songwriter that has been around for some time and have experienced life.

There certainly is a story and song for everyone on this album.
Enjoy.
