Album Notes
This album is more than just a collection of songs. It is a gathering of storied explorations presented in lyric and melody that best convey the emotional reality of the human condition. And although each was written with just an acoustic guitar, my producer David Snider and I chose to compliment the basic song with a wide variety of instrumental layers to "paint" the feelings or message contained therein. It was quite fun, actually! But, in the end it comes back to the song, and I am happy to be known as a singer/songwriter and I am proud of this collection. Some of these songs go back many years and some are rather new; some are from personal experience and some are pure imagination (and, of course, some are a secret combination of the two!). So I am sending these postcards out to the world to let everyone know I'm doing fine and am having a wonderful trip! Enjoy!
