ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
This is a song I wrote many years ago when I was a rebellious youth. Having gained the wisdom that comes with age I am now a rebellious old man. It is a song that says do not be afraid to question authority or the powers that be. If they cannot answer your questions, or refuse to, then there is probably something wrong. Resistance is not futile. In fact sometimes resistance is the only way to a better world. As the world is all of ours we are all responsible for how it turns out. Don't Resist.

If it is One world then we’re all to blame Don’t Resist Resisting
If this is true we’ll share the shame Don’t Resist Resisting
Aren’t we acting a little bit tame Don’t Resist Resisting
The people we see are the people we name Don’t Resist Resisting

Potential is being missed
to channel the evil
we all must insist
that it all become balanced
like a scale
Chorus

If the power is ours then the finger must point
at we who are blessed and we who anoint
the world is a delicate toy in our hands
in our hands 3x

when the leaves have fallen
and the cold sets in
will we hear the calling
or continue to live in sin
will the trees send new blossoms
will it ever get warm
is the coming of the winter
the coming fo the end

Bridges need not be burned
just opened up to all who yearn
for the riches laying in sights on the other side
Chorus
living as many or living as one
living divided or living alone
it seems something has gone terribly wrong
Chorus
