Album Notes
This Cd Real Rok N Rol, is a digital re- master of the Original recording from the Headhunters Power Rockabilly/ Blues Era. It features "Johnny" Ticktin on guiter Vocals and Johnny Castle on Bass/ vocals /screams. The Band was famous for incredibly strong shows.
Strictly a Trio featuring Guitar/ Bass and drums for you die hard Power guitar band freaks.
The drum seat was filled by Mark Worthington.
Although the Cd features Bernie Nakielski on Drums R.I.P.
Johnny and the Headhunters are known as a powerfull Blues band but, during this period , the band toured and performed a blend of rockabilly and blues due to the influence Johnny castle brought to the band after having been a founding member of the band Switchblade a premier rockabilly band from The DC area.
