Album Notes
Beginning with this album, the music of The Jolly Rogers took an important turn. It was with X MARKS THE SPOT that we started writing all original music and lyrics, as opposed to simply relying on existing works within the tradition. This album marks the first of the group's "modern" CD's - the sound here being an obvious evolution from the previous two albums, and more in keeping with the group's current sound.
