ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Anger is an emotional state that can range from mild irritation to rage. Your inability to regulate your anger can negatively impact on your functioning in the workplace, relationships with family and friends and can also impair your health. Developing skills to address your anger control problems can enhance your well-being and improve your connection to others.

The techniques that are illustrated on the CD are straightforward and effective and can be immediately used to start changing how you think about and respond to anger. The strategies involve developing your capacity to monitor what is happening as you become angry and also help you to engage in more productive and respectful communication with others. The CD also highlights the destructiveness of resentment and the use of forgiveness as a way of addressing resentment.
