Album Notes
Being born into a musical family, music quickly became the dominant gift I knew I would use. Some of the songs on this album have roots from when I was a sixteen year old sophomore in high school. My first band was founded back then called "Saving Delilah." Although it never became anything it was a growing experience. In college, I learned to play the piano and became a worship leader for my school and my mother's church, during which time more songs from the album were written. Still something was missing. I decided to pack my bags on a whim and move to the great city of Austin, Texas. It was there that I got a job with a cover band called "Blue Finger Disco" within three weeks of being there. Within three years, I recorded and wrote the rest of the album, highlighting my struggles, desires, wants etc, In case anyone was wondering, I found what I was looking for.
