Album Notes
This exciting new music features 9 reimagined tracks from the critically acclaimed album Dub Mantra Sangha which featured many of the most celebrated names in sacred chant and yoga mantra music such as Jai Uttal, Donna De Lory, Dave Stringer & Silvia Nakkach - remixed by some of the most respected DJ producers in yoga dance music and west coast conscious living festivals including Bluetech, DJ Taz Rashid, Robin Livingston (formerly of MC Yogi), Rara Avis (formerly of Shaman’s Dream & Desert Dwellers), Dubmatix, AtTyA, Timonkey and more.

The music spans multiple genres of electronic music from the Afro-future hi-life dance beats of Robin Livingston's Durga, to DoLab underground favorite Timonkey's bass-heavy dubstep version of Sri Ram featuring Wah! Some tracks lean towards chill, evoking a Thievery Corporation vibe, such as Rara Avis & AtYyA's Japanese mantra Amaterasu. Others are definitely at home on the dance floor such as pop house treatment of Gayatri, DJ Taz Rashid's uptempo reggaeton remix of Ganesha or bass driven pop-hooked Aloha. The album rounds out with squeaky clean new wave dub version of Kalike by Canada's best known reggae producer Dubmatix and finally the world renowned Bluetech's deeply ambient and lusciously reimagined Body & Mind closes the album.
