Album Notes
"Wishing For Someday" is our third album as a husband and wife duo, recorded in the moments after supper, after the day jobs, easy monthly payments, and Saturday yard chores. To us, someday doesn't seem to ever arrive, but rather it appears in many small and fleeting moments along the way. The songs, like us, have been seasoned by time, and flavoured by the musical friends who join us in this production.

Our guitar playing style has been described as having both a fresh and retro appeal. Retro due to our age and musical influences, and fresh in our desire to express the moment we're in. The lyrics are inspired by transition, yearning, reunion, and unexpected turns, and written for those who have jumped from pedestals, burned bridges, and traveled the path of a full circle.

The album features the additional instrumentation of guitarist Anela Kahaimoe, violinist Blaine Dunaway, bassist Mark Wing, and saxophonist Michael Schwarz. We are grateful to share such fine musical company. We hope you'll enjoy listening.

A fantastic listen
This CD has jumped right to the top of my favourite CD list. it is varied both musically and lyrically, covering everything from Jazz, folk and pop to easy listening. The music and production is great, but where this CD really shines is in the lyrics...no matter how many times you listen there is always some lyrical nuance that takes you to a different level than before. Judy has a voice that flows like warm melted butter and Bruces guitar stylings add solid and creative base for the decoration provided by other outstanding musicians. I would highly recommend this CD!
