ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Jules and the Blue Garnets are a folk/pop band from Edinburgh who have been described as ‘canned Summer’, ‘perfection’ and ‘stunningly beautiful’.

Lead singer and writer, Jules, formed the band alongside producer and guitarist, Rob in 2012 and they soon recorded their self titled EP. Receiving 5 star reviews across the board, their music was described as ‘fresh, clear...no saccharine. A bit like apple cider vinegar...tingly’.

Fast forward to 2016 and J&tBG have released a follow up single, performed all over Scotland alongside many amazing artists, and, in November 2016 they recorded and released their second EP, ‘In the Early Hours’.
Jules and the Blue Garnets achieve a glittering smooth pop sound through confident melody and an enchanting songwriting style. An endearingly engaging band both live and on record. Highly recommended – Lach (BBC Radio 4 host, and New York Anti-Folk creator)

‘A beautiful voice and catchy songs’ – Runrig
‘Very cool. Today I listened to Tomorrow <3’ - Jaymay
