Album Notes
JusBam has headlined numerous venues featuring hip-hop music and spoken word throughout the eastern region. While in music city, JusBam showcased her talents as a rap artist and poet performing in several music conferences and showcases.
Originally from DC, JusBam burst on to DC’s underground hip-hop scene when she competed in "Gruellia Grammar", the largest emcee battle competition held in the area. She became the first female to qualify to the finals then went on to win it the next year.

JusBam was selected to participate in the MTV Documentary Series True Life. MTV True Life "Im a Battle Rapper" documented
the life of three freestyle rapper form different parts of the US. The main feature of the project was the Rap Olympic Competition held in Cleveland, Ohio. JusBam made history by becoming the first female to ever make a Rap Olympic team, and then dominated the event by finishing 4th out of 20 emcees from all over the US. The entire experience debuted on MTV when the show premiered on MTV. Still running in syndication True Life elevated her career and showcased her skills to millions of viewers.

Bam landed a job at Streetz Magazine, a local urban publication. She accepted the challenge and excelled quickly with the young magazine. She has conducted one-on-one interviews with several mainstream artists such as Big Daddy Kane, Mob Deep, Devin the Dude, and many more. She elevated her status among her peers in the industry as Senior Editor.

JusBams soulful and conscious lyrics bring life to hip-hop. Her creativity shines in her rap and spoken word performances. JusBam enhances her stage presence with a charisma and charm. Her live show is polished and energetic.
