ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
This double-CD set contains delightful, little-known stories from Zen, Sufi and Indian traditions. Brimming with universal insights, they are masterfully presented by American Justin F. Stone, who was deeply experienced with Asian spiritual life. Stone lived and traveled widely in Japan, China and India for many years and studied with acknowledged masters of several disciplines and healing arts. He presents these teachings with humility, although his Knowledge was vast. Some tales are humorous and light-hearted; others are more serious. Most provide subtle spiritual lessons. The first 12 tracks provide a mini-course in Eastern philosophy; the last 8 tracks are more personal in nature.
