Album Notes
First and foremost, thanks to my family for their continued support and for having faith in my direction. Special thanks to Vancouver City and my Van City band ‘The State of Audio’ (Matt Wilson, Brad Hedblom, Brent Grassie) for being a motivating factor in my continued writing. To Rob Stephanson and Steve Yee. To all my pals out there for inspiring me in many ways i cannot begin to describe. Thanks to beautiful Geneva, particularly my neighbourhood La Jonction, and to the masses that rose up during the arab spring when all i could do was attend a model UN conference and follow up on youtube. Thanks to the Seychelles for bringing my heart so much closer to the ocean. To Hanna Gargour for passionately recording me at Sweetspot Soundworks, Jordan. To Tamer Gargour (Bass Guitar), Chris Michaels (Drums), Moh Taifi, Naser (Percussion), Brooke Reynolds (Dijiridoo), and to all other string and wind instrumentalists on the album, including all the wonderful ABS school kids that played the voice of the world's children in War Be Gone. Thanks to Frank Arkwright at Abbey Road for one incredible mastering job. Thanks to Jordan and my people (in Jordan and throughout the middle east) for all the timeless moments spent under the starry desert sky. Thanks to the love that came and went, the love that made me laugh and cry, and the ladies that were at its source ;-).

At a point in time each and every one of us realises that as human beings striving to create a cleaner and more peaceful world, we are inevitably one another’s own vehicle of evolvement and betterment.. even when that vehicle is music. So nearly after a full year of studio work, I wholeheartedly (or at least to the best of my current ability) present you with a carefully chosen set of originals in ‘Star In A Jar’.
