Album Notes
In 2017, Kam Falk continues to compose, arrange, perform, publish and distribute music independently, and this is the tenth release from his label, Falkreations music. His most recent full-length CD project, NATIVE TONGUE II, was released in 2016 and features 16 incredibly talented guests. Since its release, Falk has issued three new solo singles, each featuring Federico Himiob on guitars. Aside from a departure in 2006-2007 to compose the BELLIGER SYMPHONY, Falk's sound is a culmination of influences from Weather Report to the Jeff Lorber Fusion, the YellowJackets, Tribal Tech, Chick Corea and all of the fusion masters, with extra emphasis on bass as Falk's primary performance instrument. Mr. Falk works out of his own studio, where he programs sampled drums and percussion, sequences and records keyboards, synths, basses of all types, and both electric and acoustic guitars. Other sounds, both acoustic and electronic, have also made their way into these recordings.
