Album Notes
In 2010, I was chilling in a dorm room with one of my students, conversing about how often, when someone is hurt by someone else, that injured person closes down and builds walls of protection; by doing so, they cease to receive any type of love. We continued to talk about how forgiveness and the choice to move on can help open doors so love can be received again.

Later that week, I was rehearsing for a local concert, and as I sat at the piano, I penned "Let Love In." And yes, the song made me play it at the show the very next night.

After hearing this and other songs at one of my shows in Fairbanks, Alaska, playwright Anne Hanley wrote: "I can still hear (and feel) those beautiful words washing over me. Song after beautiful song probing stinging subjects with the softest touch of understanding. Beautiful. Heartbreaking. Hopeful."

Solid debut single
Emotional, strong delivery by KPA on "Let Love In." It's exciting to hear the culmination of years of writing come to fruition in this solid track. Creative, poignant and well executed. Looking forward to hearing more from this artist.

This song has helped me in so many ways, it seems that she sings every lyric straight from her heart and it's as if she's speaking to you one on one. The similarities I have towards this song itself is unbelievable, and the fact that it's by Karrie, it only helps me that much more. Great song sung by a great singer!
