Playz n Motion

by Kash Shad

Smooth tempos, southern hip hop bass, and a down south flavor with a lyrical delivery covers all styles of rap: gangsta, conscience, and political. This is the sound of an educated hoodlum. These are the the tunes for the sophisticated hustla.

Album Notes
My music tells the story of me. There are many sides to me, therefore listeners will here a variety of diversity in my music as well as gain different perspectives on different situations. Music is truly my art. Every song is a representation of me.

"Put My City On", the first song in this EP expresses my main focus at this point in my life. I want so much for my family and loved ones, and I recognize so much potential in those around me that I strive to see to it that we all succeed.

"Flexxin" Is a song that I use to tell people, "When you fall down in life, remember that it's just a part of life, and we must continue to move forward. The premise behind it is that when I wrote the song I was at a point where I recently felt like I was on top of the world, but everything suddenly fell apart. But, I know one thing in this world, as long as I'm still here I'm still in the fight.

"Why U Think We Came" is a song for the critiques and doubters. People wonder why I fight so hard and work so hard for what I want from my my music. My question to them is "why do you think I came here?"

This is just a small sample to get more familiar with me, but I have much more in store.
