Album Notes
"In The Beginning..." takes a journey back through time to the group's initial creation. The album is a sampling of the first songs that KataLyst composed, created, and recorded together.

"I Need You To Know" is a bluesy, rock song about confessing one's true feelings of love. Energetic and upbeat, driven musically by swirling Hammond organ and pulsating Rickenbacker bass , it is all about the need to let someone know exactly how you feel. A TAXI reviewer commented that "I Need You To Know" has a "pleasant, soulful melody" and "good energy throughout the track with a very live sounding rhythm section, which is not easy to pull off in the studio." Decide for yourself...

"Hear The Call" is powerful, both in message and music. Richly layered with acoustic guitar, keyboards and vocals, it explores the adventure of responding to one's destiny.

"Hold On" is a classic rock style ballad with a chorus that kicks in to let us know that good things come to those who wait.

We hope you enjoy it.
