This Winter Wild

by Kathleen Bielawski

This Winter Wild is a compilation of my favorite music for the winter solstice. It is not a Christmas album, although some Christmas songs are present on the album. The selections mainly deal with light, darkness, the presence/absence of God, and hope.
Genre: New Age: Ethnic Fusion

Album Notes
Kathleen Bielawski does not write simple love songs, except occasionally. Her classical training in music composition and piano performance, combined with her wild, passionate heart - a product of being born and raised in Alaska - result in music, lyrics and arrangements that simultaneously challenge the intellect and feed the soul.

Kathleen Bielawski holds a Master's degree in music composition from the New England Conservatory in Boston, Massachusetts. After living in Oregon, Boston and New York City and touring extensively nationally, Kathleen returned to her life in Anchorage, Alaska. Kathleen currently teaches music composition, song/lyric writing, piano, music theory and keyboard programming from her studio, Frozen Music Productions. She is available to compose original music upon commission. Kathleen also conducts Skype lessons in all of the above subjects, and is available to provide individual creative project management.

Watch for Kathleen's next cd release, due in Spring of 2018.
