Album Notes
The songs on Kathy Greenholdt's 7th release are from Halos Are History, a music website (launch date: October 6, 2017) that explores the humanity of (mostly) female Catholic saints who have influenced history and the singer-songwriter's worldview. The songs reflect Kathy's travels and historical research, as well as her Catholic upbringing and a continuing journey to create her own definition of "God."

This is Kathy's third album with Chicago musician Steve Dawson, who arranged, produced, and engineered the songs, and played most instruments.

Kathy Greenholdt: vocals (plus some acoustic guitar on 1, 4, and 5). Melissa Bach: cello (including arrangement) on 1. Gregg Ostrom: trombone (including arrangement) on 7. Steve Dawson: all other instrumental parts, including acoustic and electric guitars, lap steel, bass, drums and other percussion, harmonica, mellotron, harmonium, Tibetan tingsha bells, and effects. (The water sound on 3 is from the rain that was coming down outside the studio during recording.) Recorded and mixed by Steve Dawson at Kernel Sound Emporium, Chicago. Mastered by Peter Andreadis at All City Mastering, Chicago.
