Album Notes
From the heart of the Knockmealdown Mountains of County Tipperary, Ireland, Keltoria were born on a wild, windswept Irish night when a lone human wandering the rugged hills encountered a Banshee, a Hobgoblin and a white garbed, ancient looking warrior-come-philospher. The Banshee played a mean fiddle, the Hobgoblin liked to bang things, the warrior carried a magical flute. The obvious reaction was - let's form a band. And so was born Keltoria.

Keltoria music is a unique hybrid of powerful, elemental traditional Celtic, tribal rock and New Age styles - a mixture of the ethereal, the Celtic and the tribal.

Powerful and Elemental are the key words here. Sometimes driven by thundering rhythms and frantic strings, sometimes mixing melodic flutes with ambient atmospheres, this music is “spiritual” in the sense of the raw power of nature.

This is music to make your spirit jump up and fling itself about in wild, whirling abandon or to drift deep into contemplation of the myth, legend and lore of the ancient Celts.

Enjoy the journey.
