Ken Goodman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), psychotherapist, and stress reduction expert with over 20 years experience helping people overcome stress and anxiety. He holds both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from UCLA. Ken has been a licensed psychotherapist since 1992. During that time he has worked with patients of all ages, in a variety of settings, including psychiatric hospitals, emergency rooms, and currently in his own psychotherapy practice. Ken was trained in clinical hypnosis at the UCLA School of Psychiatry and is certified by the International Certification Board of Clinical Hypnotherapy.

My experience with the series
I am 17 and have dealt with anxiety since I can remember. About a year and a half ago out of desperation to get better, I bought the Anxiety Solution CDs. And WOW i can definitely say that was one of the greatest decisions I have ever made and my life hasn't been the same. I used to have panics attacks several times a day and my anxiety got to the point where I became so depressed because I never thought I would get better. I started listening to the first couple of chapters and right away I knew I had found the key to solve my problem. I always had felt alone and as though no one understood what I was feeling. When I started listening to the CDs I was able to hear many people talk about their own experiences with anxiety. I realized I was not alone and that anxiety affects a lot more people than I thought. It's been over 2 months since my last anxiety attack and for me, that's a huge accomplishment. I wouldn't be at this point now if it weren't for the tools and relaxation exercises I learned on these CDs. The series gave me some sort of confidence in myself to get better. I felt that everyone who spoke on the CDs were reading my mind because they verbalized my feelings in ways I never was able to. It really is an amazing product and I recommend it to anyone suffering from anxiety.
