Album Notes
With their sixth min-album of songs associated with the King, Kent Wennman and his band once again show that they are the most interresting Elvis tribute band. A little less conversation in a frenzy speed designed to make you a little bit stressed. CC rider, dressed in a That's alright mama costume. I can help, the Billy Swan song, done with a western swing feel. And if you think you hve heard all the important versions of Polk Salad Annie, wait until you hear the one included on this album. The record ends with a fresh rendition of Tiger man, echoing Mystery Train from the Sun period.

Uppsala Nya Tidning / Ulf Gustafsson

Kent Wennman from Uppsala continues doing his own version of songs associated with Elvis. This time with 5 songs of the late Elvis catalogue, in a har driving rockabilly style. Here is a sparkling near manic version of the title song, just like Stray Cats would do it. A country style CC Rider smells Nashville a long way with a banjo and a great bouncing rhythm. Fun and colourful. Keep up the good work on your next CD!
