ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Formed in December of 2005, this four-piece from Toledo, Ohio combines uplifting lyrics and driving rock music with strong vocal harmonies, positively defining a new direction in the Christian rock genre. Uniqueness aside, the band's music has been compared to other national acts such as: Shinedown, Alter Bridge, Pillar, Thousand Foot Krutch and 3 Doors Down. Consisting of four veteran players of the midwest music scene, they come into this band having "earned their earthly wings" playing in the finest bands in the region. Lead vocalist Scott Miller levels "We've grown individually and that helps us unify, first and foremost, as Christians who want to serve and glorify Jesus Christ...nothing less", The band took shape when drummer Johnny Cappelletty saw lead guitarist Tony Ramirez jamming with the church band and decided to talk about the possibilities of forming a project. Scott Miller, Johhny and Tony teamed with Jim Kenzie who co-produced and engineered the CD recording sessions. "The chemistry just clicked. See? Asking Him for guidance and direction DOES work!" Jim offers. Bassist Nep Sindel solidified the entire project in Feb.'07. As of March '07 the CD is being mixed at Red Letter studios in Adrian Mich. by Pete Bishop. A tenative release date is set August '07. The band hopes the music will inspire others to come to Christ and experience the joy of serving him.

BARRY GORDON WILLIAMS

People, whether you are a Christian or not, if you like to rock, then this is an excellent CD! Lyrically, the message is there. Musically, the band flat out cooks! Great, screaming guitar riffs with excellent lead guitar work, as well. Impressive vocal talent, with great range and melody, but with fantastic moments of rock-rage, top of the lungs screaming! The CD also has a wide range of song styles. From the absolutely wall shaking rock of Almost, Modern Life, How It Is, and Nothing I Found, to slower, ballad type songs. Suffer is a beautiful piece of music, with great melody and accoustic guitar. Sandys Song glows with the message!

Finally, I feel I must profess my own faith. It took me 47 years to become a real Christian, but God has shown His love, grace, and mercy to me firsthand. And I am someone who was rocking to the Beatles at age 6. By the early 70's, I was in love with what I call the original heavy metal bands...Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, and Uriah Heep. Then, it was all Ted Nugent and Kiss. Then Judas Priest, The Scorpions, and Savatage. So you can see, I have loved loud rock music my whole life. I just now understand how much God loves us. And music...yes, even heavy rock music, is one of His many gifts to us! So pick this up! Hopefully, you will understand and appreciate the message. If not, you can still just "crank the jams" on this CD. Its excellent...for all people who love to rock!
