Album Notes
Yoga Nidra is defined as yogic sleep, or sleep with inner awareness. It is a practice that aims to take you to a deep state of relaxation, hovering on the borderline of sleep and wakefulness. This is known as the 'hypnagogic state'. In this state of deep rest, consciousness is turned inwards away from outer experiences and energy is liberated and redirected for healing and rejuvenation on all levels of your being.

Yoga nidra is the perfect antidote to modern day stress and tension. This practise enables you to learn to relax and harmonise body, mind and heart. It allows a release of muscular, mental and emotional tension. Tension held in our structure influences the way we behave and respond to others in our daily life. By including Yoga Nidra in a regular wellbeing program, we align our behaviour with our true nature.
