ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Kim began her singing career at age 11 when she starred in the Broadway classic, “Annie,” in Denver, CO. Many years later, she had the honor of sharing the ‘bimah’ with Cantor Doug Cotler at Congregation Or Ami in Calabasas, CA. It was this life-altering opportunity that revved up her vocal pipes, refilled her soul and brought her back to the beautiful world of music.

Kim now debuts her first album, "The Other Side of Tomorrow,” which follows her life journey from belting out spunky, laugh-out-loud Broadway songs, to chanting contemporary spiritual Jewish melodies that elevate the heart and soul. From secular to sacred, these energetic and effervescent melodies appeal to all ages.
*******
This album is dedicated in loving memory to my ‘Bubbie,' Frances Bloom. She encouraged me to go to that first audition which flung the doors to the world of music wide open for me. And G-d bless her soul for proudly announcing to anyone who would listen, “My Kimalah is the best Cantor around!"
