Album Notes
Kim Simpson is an acclaimed singer/songwriter/guitarist, author (Early '70s Radio), and radio host (Folkways, The International Folk Bazaar) based in Austin, TX. This single, his first foray into Christmas music, includes an original composition ("Bells from Heaven") and a cover version of a song written by Austin folk duo Lili and Walter ("Song for the Poor").

The single is dedicated to Austin musician Spencer Berry, who worked on the final mixes only days before passing away on November 22, 2011. He will be deeply missed.

All profits for Kim Simpson's Christmas Single 2011 will be donated to the Austin Children's Shelter.
