ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The Kings Royal has managed to capture the style of classic rock and blend it with the sounds of today. TKR is a Los Angeles-based band founded in 2007 by lead singer/guitarist Benny Marchant, guitarist Sean Hennesy (The Hiwatts), bass guitarist Adam Kury (The Hiwatts), and drummer Brian Burwell (Neve). Collaborating with producer David J. Holman who has worked with Adema, No Doubt and Bush (to name a few), the band spent countless hours in the studio recording their debut album titled “The Kings Royal- Beginning.” TKR has played to enthusiastic crowds in and around Los Angeles, including a month long residency at the famed Viper Room. Opening for Candlebox on their Summer 2008 tour has given the band the opportunity to expand their fan base across the country. Adding to the band’s unique sound is Dave Krusen (Pearl Jam) on drums.
