Hi our names are Kit and Natalie

We are working mediums with over 25 years of experience between and have discovered through many years of working as such, different ways to link with our spirit guides and loved ones. We have been working with mediation in our classes to relax and enhance our students to be able to gain a closes working relationship with there guides and spirit in general and if you want to get a deeper link with Spirit you will need time with them. Now that doesn’t mean dying! It means going into the quite, going into your own energy and gentle asking them to come in and start communicating. We call this attuning.

If you start by meditating then you will find it easier to move forward in your search, your goal is relaxation and quiet. We know you’ve probably read this in other books about mediumship and spiritual development and the reason is simple, we are all trying to get you to sense that subtle vibration, the silence inside and to look for a little voice gently talking to you.

The problem when starting any kind of meditation is the silence - mainly trying to find it! Because all most of us hear at the start is your mind trying to break in, or as it is sometimes called the monkey-mind exerting its will! All it keeps on doing is interrupting you trying to get you to think about anything and everything to stop you finding that silence. So I have found it easier to let it do what it wants, let the thought’s flow through, an easy thing to do is to count backwards from 100 downwards and everytime a thought steps in start counting again. Time each one with a breath in, all you’re looking for is fifteen minutes a day just treat yourself to some time.

If you can join a meditation class it helps to sit with like-minded people in a group with intention the collective seems to quiet some of the monkey-mind however if you don’t have the time then our track maybe what you’re looking for. Guided meditations can be incredibly helpful as it gives your mind something to focus on as the meditation and can often lead you into a more relaxed and peaceful place. Not only is it good for you in your search for that inner voice it can be so good in helping find a new and calmer you.

Meditation has come a long way in being recognized a truly healthful part of life and these are just some of the benefits of meditation:

Research has proven that meditation is a safe way to balance the mind; it has limitless values where the body is concerned in rebalancing, harmonizing and centering mind, body and soul together. In the east where it has been practiced for thousands of years it has been known to cure many stress related illnesses. We all experience stress in many different ways, but today in the west people are becoming more aware of the benefits of spending just ten minuets meditating or centering our minds.

If meditation is practiced regularly it will help you relax deeper releasing the mind of worry, pressure, stress and it is also a better way to free you to move closer to your goal of working with spirit One of the biggest benefits of meditation is learning to let go and flow with life, just enjoy getting to know a more peaceful you.

We would like to thank you for purchasing this track, it is something that we have developed over those years using mediation to relax the mind for working close with spirit, we are not guaranteeing a meeting with anyone, but it will teach you to relax and open your mind through visualization for the possibility of understanding you and your journey.
