ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The Kitchen Jam Band has performed in Southwestern Colorado and Northern New Mexico since 2004 . The band started as a contra cance band and morphed into a performance group. We discovered these tunes as we explored of Scottish, Irish, Galician, Breton, Cape Breton, Quebecois tunes and loved creating our own unique arrangements. This album features more Irish and American folk tunes . Fiddlers Elizabeth and Dawn provide beautiful personal interpretations of various passages. Bob's bohdran is also featured in this collection. New guitarist and mandolin player, Terry, adds a special dimension to the flow of the music.
