The Colors of Life

by Moon over Mountain

Invariably moving, often painfully beautiful, complex, and never formulaic, these compositions utilize a mix of acoustic and orchestral instruments to achieve a rich, natural sound. The mood ranges from upbeat, to inspiring, to haunting, to consoling.

ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Moon over Mountain is K. L. Roberts and Megan Buness, both of whom have deep familial roots in music.
The ensemble was founded in the Spring of 2012 when they began to work out a fresh, new sound unlike any other in the world today.
Profoundly moving, at times painfully beautiful, the music of Moon over Mountain can never be forgotten once it's been heard.
This is music that is true to life, in triumph and tragedy, in hope and despair.

This is their debut album.
