Album Notes
Acoustic Guitar Rock. Say it again: Acoustic Guitar Rock.

Down This Road is Cliff Knizley's third and most energetic release. From the start of the CD, you are run over by a tidal wave of guitar. Progressing through the CD, the listener is lured into thinking things are going to settle down, only to be blasted again by the 'wall of guitars'. As with any music released by Cliff, the lyrics of every song demand that you listen over again to understand. Sometimes dark voices blended with bright guitars and always mixed just right by master producer Ronny Cates.

The foundation for all this guitar? Dueling bass and drums by the planetary rulers, Kevin Wilson and Jimmy 'Frog' Millsaps. If you've seen Cliff perform live, you understand the level of sound that can be generated by one human. On this CD that level of sound rises exponentially with the addition of Wilson and Millsaps.

If you are searching for huge sound, thought provoking lyrics, and 'walls of guitars', you need this CD.
