Album Notes
The booming bass that your ass will follow, the tribal voodoo-ish percussion and Roland drum machine, the Moog synthesizer that flies, the guitar sound like an engine roar and the voice that delivers the message from the streets. Sounding like what it would be if Beck invited John Lennon and Bootsy Collins to his home studio, or Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young debuted from DefJam. A weird mixture of Rock, Dance, Hip-hop, Folk, Avant-Guard and Electro pop. This is KOSMIC from a corner of the universe to the people of the world. - maimai records

“ This is the first bomb I made, the reveille for all the people living in the nightmare of capitalism.”

“Time is passing. The world is changing. Technology is growing. Life style is changing. Buildings become taller. Populations get smaller. Nobody can stop it. What you eat is changing. What you wear is changing. But there is one thing that will never change. It is your heart. It’s yours from the day you were born until the day you die, unchangeable like the beast dwelling in the bottom of a lake. You will have to take care of it and tame it. Because sooner or later, one way or the other, this world would try to make you feel nothing. And you slowly turn into a person who is numb. There once was a lot of great music that could mend your heart and put the beast back to where it should be. I wish for my 8 tracks from this new album to be one of the songs for you to work that way. I picked the themes from what is happening around the world today. Warfare, poverty, working poor, political corruption, etc. If your country is lucky enough to have none of these issues, there might have been in the past or it could well be happening in the future. Today, we are connected with each other throughout the world with internet. What is happening on the other side of the world has become like what is happening in your neighbors. The information you get is immense. You can really communicate with someone who is struggling with political or economic oppression in their countries far away. We are living in such a revolutionary time. I hope this album will reach your heart.” - KOSMIC
