Album Notes
Born in the hills of PA, raised in Tennessee. Kountry Boi started writing music as a country singer, then he decided to do something a little bit different.
“Hick-hop is a way I can write in a unique way, but stay true to my roots and who I am. I've been Hunting and fishing my whole life, and now I can sing about it in a whole new way. My dad was my main inspiration in music.”
After joining the ranks of the TN Butchers, his career was catapulted. Opening shows for Jelly Roll & Lil wyte, working with the Butchers who were already collaborating with platinum selling artists such as: Gangsta Boo, Lord Infamous, and T-Rock all formerly of Three 6 Mafia and recently Da Mafia 6ix. Young Buck and Memphis Legend Kingpin Skinny Pimp.
Kountry Boi is very animated on stage, and knows how to get the crowd energized. His showmanship and ability to adapt to any venue’s set up is a side talent that most artists are not able to handle. While most musician’s strive for fame and fortune, Kountry Boi is just having fun and maintaining the love for his craft in an unselfish stride toward the top.
