Truly A Settled Mind
As a new cardiology patient, I find this CD the perfect solution to reducing stress and anxiety. I keep my IPod with me wherever I go and hit "play" whenever I need to relax and breathe! The music is calming and the voice of Kimberly Post-Rowe is soothing. A must have for today's fast paced working professionals!

Great for pre-surgery use!
I listened to Kimberlys c.d.s before and during my surgeries and found them extremely helpful. A Settled Mind is especially great for calming the mind before bedtime when your brain is buzzing with too many thoughts. It helps me center myself and get ready for the day as well as a great way to finish up my day. Kimberlys voice is perfect for guided meditation. I highly recommend her c.d.

As an oncology massage therapist, I suggest various techniques to help my clients deal with the stress of diagnosis and treatment. This CD contains four short guided meditations which are particularly helpful in disengaging and decompressing. For many teachers the practice of mindfulness is unknown, but the need for helping themselves and their students relax and concentrate is strong. This CD uses student friendly language and short musical selections along with the guided visualizations to make this help possible. I've used it with classes of teachers in a graduate program who then take it back to their students in their classrooms. It's new for them, and their welcoming acceptance of these strategies for helping students indicates the quality of this work.
