Album Notes
Swoon while you swing across the dance floor two-stepping and waltzing to these favorites. Wild man Paul Anastasio makes love to these tunes with the experience of his decades-long affair for the genre of country swing music. I started fantasizing about my dream band decades ago myself, and finally assembled these guys to surround myself with the music I've longed to sing and play since I was just old enough to drink. Too bad I can't dance to it at the same time! The romance of dancing gets lost with a fifteen-pound electric bass strapped to my front, I'm afraid.
