Album Notes
This is a free sample of a collection of recordings I have made in 2015 and feature material from my "Stretch like a Cat" and "Mind's Ease Albums". There are also two tracks which will appear in albums next year.

Mindfulness is about being present, in the here and now, non-judgementally. We are paying attention on purpose, and doing so in a kind way. We are non judgemental.

Research shows mindfulness results in a huge number of benefits, including changing the very structure of our brain, improving our immune system, and helping us gain clarity and a sense of being in control of our feelings. We can be calmer and more present.
