ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Veteran Recording artist, Producer/Arranger and Grammy Nominated songwriter, Lamar Thomas returns with his new studio album, "Everybody Oughta Dance"

All that I can say about this album is that I think it is as good as any major label project out today. I have reached a point in my life where I write music for me. I write music that makes me feel like I like myself and not what others might think.

My songs today are more grown up, more soulful and less fakeness.

I like this new songwriter that I have become. I like the songs that I write.

I hope that you do too.

Peace

Lamar Thomas

Blows my mind
This cd is off the hook. cant believe that Mr. Thomas sounded this good. He was my teacher in high school and I knew he could sing but never knew that he was this good. If you have the chance to get the cd I say you better. Its off the hook

Lifted Into Imagination
After his previous album, I didn't think Lamar Thomas was going to try and top it. Well folks, it appears he has done just that. "Everybody Oughta Dance" has that rhythm, that melody, that something special, something other albums lack. No one can quite put their finger on what it is, but we know it's there. I find my self be-boppin' to it every time I turn it on. If you want something that'll lift your spirits, something to set the mood, or just something to dance to, this album is the one to do it. Go ahead, don't be shy, just order it, receive it, open it, pop it in, and close your eyes. Your imagination will take it from there. Here's hoping for another awesome album!
