ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Once again, after an earlier release titled "Midnight Rain". Lamont Caleb Coward has dropped his latest jazz project of catchy melodies and grooves under the title "Groovology". Each tune on this enjoyable project is locked tight with solid grooves that will drive you from Virginia to California non-stop! The most incredible thing about this collection of tunes is how this skilled groove master is blowing it all out with a wind controller.

Lamont's pulse can be felt throughout the entire album as he navigates his way around the bass, guitar, piano, drums, percussion, organ, and several other instruments, including the Akai Wind controller.
This album also features the great solo work of saxophonist James "Saxmo" Gates on "The Gambler", and Tom Reaves rhythm guitar on "Miles High".
So sit back, relax and chill! "Take The Back Road", travel "Miles High", take a class in "Groovology", and for lunch have a li' "Sloppy Joe", but don't forget there's not much to life without a "Gamble"!

"Forever My Love", enjoy the music!
