Album Notes
“Lance Canales and The Flood”, features a new sound that was born out of a bluesy, rootsy, folk rock with a Native Americana twist. With the Earth shacking bottom end of the Upright bass and the natural rhythm of the Cajon (Box Drum) add an acoustic guitar and a Native American Flute and you have LC & The Flood. “Lance Canales and the Flood” are currently working on new music for there album "RootStomp". They will be scattering their sound across the country on a tour in fall of 2011.

Lance Canales was born and raised in the southern foothills of California’s Central Valley where he literally lived the life so many folk and blues artists have written songs about since the birth of roots music, hard labor, one room shacks and taunting ghosts whispering of a better life, owning nothing but the music in your head. From a small town in the Foothills of California's central Valley to the stage in any city at any given time. Keep a good look out for tour dates in your area they will be coming through your City really soon.
