JOHN LANG (Musical Arranger/Bassist) has a diverse background in performance, arranging and composition. One of his major strengths as a musician lies with his command of multiple musical styles ranging from Broadway, Latin, R&B and Funk all the way to Jazz and the classic Big Band. As a bassist, he has performed in the Broadway pit orchestra for Jersey Boys, and has toured and performed regionally in Forever Plaid, Forty Second Street, Five Guys Named Moe, The Fully Monty, Radio Broadway and The J.A.P. Chronicles to name a few. Internationally, he has toured Europe with The Jack Cassidy Trio. Regionally, he has recently toured with 100 Years of Broadway across the United States. In the Tri-State area, he can be seen with The Hank Lane Orchestra, Cady Huffman, Mark Adamy, The Loyalists, and Alagoas. As a composer and arranger, John is founder and lead composer for La Onda Va Bien an ensemble featuring Latin Jazz with the original CD La Vuelta. John is currently leading a jazz quintet. A collection of original compositions is set to debut in 2007. He is currently the House Bassist for Glad Tidings Tabernacle.
