Album Notes
I am Laura from Love Lemon Tree in England. I create bespoke guided meditations for adults and children. Since my diagnosis with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) I lost the ability to speak, read and write. I had brain surgery and Yoga & Meditation has been an invaluable tool to aid my recovery. It has been my mission to help others to learn and share this skill with our future generation.

The mediations are aimed at children up to the ages of 12. There are different themes including The Sea, The Rainforest, The Beach, Space, The Mountains, The Desert.

This meditation tool uses guided imagery to gently allow the listener to identify with their own thoughts and emotions. It connects by helping the listener to create their own journey throughout their experience.

Specifically, meditation it is proven to be beneficial for children in their early years, just some of the positive elements that help to de-stress, concentrate, ADHD, and with sleeping.

They all encompass a range of meditation and breathing techniques that can be used before bed, at school or at home.
