Album Notes
Maurer performs three famous flute sonatas. Each work is one the cornerstones of the flute repetoire. American Record Guide describes her playing as "dazzling technique with a gorgeous, rich tone". Maurer has performed all over the world including Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Khachaturian Hall and the Monte Carlo Opera House.
