Album Notes
“Everything you could want in an electronic, new wave, goth-pop group.”
– Style Weekly

“It could have been unearthed in Trent Reznor’s studio"
– Sounds of RVA

After two well-received singles and two years of broadcasting monthly live performances from their spaceship Detritus, League of Space Pirates is releasing their first full-length album, featuring twelve original songs and a cover of the classic new wave anthem Homosapien by Pete Shelley of the Buzzcocks.

In their fight against Übercorp – the largest, most pervasive corporation in the history of civilization – League of Space Pirates has discovered that traveling amongst the stars as a touring rock band provides a great cover for their plundering ways. But what happens when their alter egos become more popular than they expected? They release an album!

This band of anti-corporate rock-n-roll outlaws fights The Man while kicking out the jams! Lead by Captain Orlok and his gang of merry thieves – Chroma, Mungo, Rusty Shields, Parrot, and their robot pal P1-KLS – the League plays dynamic high-energy electronic rock that will save the galaxy.
