Album Notes
Lee Ferris hails from Los Angeles.
He is the son of a Cinematographer and a Singer/Painter.

Lee grew up building guitars and playing guitar and piano from an early age.
He studied jazz guitar at Berklee College of Music and opera at California State University Northridge respectively.

Lee has performed for audiences across the world in styles ranging from jazz to folk to classical vocal repetoire at venues including Carnegie Hall in New York City and the St. Nikolai Church in Prague, Czech Republic.

He has an amazingly huge and unique singing voice.
His songs are whimsical and profound. They play with the english language like a Harlem Globetrotter plays with the ball on a fastbreak.

Lee is an acrobat of song.
His songs fly us through multiple rings of fire, spin us as we ascend to the trapeze, drop us down to ride upon the elephant’s back, only to ultimately wedge us between the tack strings of the organgrinder.

FEATURING: Lee Ferris(guitars and vocals), Christian Nesmith(additional guitars), Christopher Allis(drums), John Classick(Upright Bass), Cameron Stone(cello), Circe Link(vocals), Sarah Scweppe(vocals), Yael Prizant(vocals)

Beautiful Old Time Music Made New
With "Introducing Lee Ferris", Mr Ferris creates a stunningly beautiful and rollicking collection of songs in a haunting blend of classic country and new age gypsy jazz. Lee's unique and instantly memorable voice and vivid instrumental tapestry will see this album become the first of a whole new genre of future classics. There's many a toe tapper to rock to and a heartstring to tug.
