Album Notes
This chant and film inspired piece was conceived from my work with a lone cetaceans and as a cetacean activist for cetacean society international along with many researchers and eco activists. My vision has been to create a ecomusical world that honors the spiritual and different musical traditions, in my Orca Chantress and Sangeet Eleven. This Deep Deep Down- MA Chant honors the natural world and the beings within. The work I do in inter-species music and communication and being a Kundalini yoga teacher, therapist and chant artist, allowed me to blend the sacred chant and the sacred ocean world together. I brought the idea to the talented Producer/ Percussionist, beautiful friend, Chuck Palmer ( Producer, for Amy Lee and his own original beautiful music) . David Eggar, the incredible cellist, plays on the piece to enhance the power of the deep beautiful sea and those who have lost their way. I honor the work of those who help to save the ocean, my friend David Gallo, and Sylvia Earle, who create hope spots, through her Mission Blue. We need to save the ocean and the beautiful beings in it. This is a culmination of my work
to honor the spirituality of nature, The experience of chant and the connection between cetaceans and humans. See more at
