Accompanied by Andrew Parsegian's beautiful, calming music, Leigh guides you into peaceful sleep through guided body relaxation and simple yogic breathing practices. Leigh has been teaching yoga for over 20 years. Inspired by her studies in Ayurveda and Thai massage, she has created an approach to yoga practice that imparts healing and transformation for specific health issues and Seasonal imbalances. Leigh's online course, "Sleep & the Art of Rest" helps people who struggle with sleep issues. It is a simple step by step process to help people release the habits that keep them up and night. Through the course people learn healthy evening routines to promote relaxation and re-align with their natural sleep rhythm. They learn nourishing holistic sleep tips and unwind and melt the stress of the day away with restorative yoga practices.

Leigh is the Founder and Director of the Yoga Sukhavati Teacher Training Programs. Yoga Sukhavati's Seasonal vinyasa practices are infused with Ayurveda, Buddhism, and Women's practices. Leigh lives in New York city and teaches workshops, retreats, and teacher trainings nationally and internationally.
