Album Notes
"A Day in the Life of a Boogaleeboo" is a collection of 14 original songs, and a watercolor picture book. Each song explores something quite ordinary and discovers it's wonder. Some of the songs have that big band swing feel, some have a more sittin'-on-the-porch folky feel. You might find some rock n' roll and animal opera in there too. The picture book was created by Lesley in honor of the musician in each and every one of us.

"I'm utterly and unequivocally charmed by this album. It's got a sense of wide-eyed wonder at and celebration of the human experience...Highly recommended." - Zooglobble.com

The Flying Foxes:
Lesley - vocals, guitar, piano, alto saxophone, and musical saw
Garrett Sayers - bass
Amy Shelley - drums
and a whole lot of talented guest musicians including Art Lande (piano), Jon Gray (trumpet, trombone), Steve Vidaic (organ, ukelele), Phil Norman (cello), Phil Parker (cello), Ryan Jalbert (guitars), John Stewart (clarinet), Enion Pelta-Tiller (violin), Greg Harris (vibraphone), Patricia Fagan-Miller (bassoon), Christina Jennings (flute), Elliot Reed (gypsy jazz guitar), and Lara Ruggles (pots, pans, zippers)

And then there's the magic makers behind the curtain:
